I absolutely LOVE mangoes! And until I learned this genius tip to cut them, I found them to be a real pain in the butt, to be honest.

Mangoes are loaded with nutrients, in particular vitamin C, antioxidants, and fiber. They also contain plenty of the enzyme amylase, which is found in saliva to help break down large food particles. Because of this (along with the fiber), they are great for digestion!  

Right now, you can find great sales on mangoes too. Just in time for the warmer weather.
